HOW IT WORKS

No deposit to order, real photos of your pair before you commit, and you pay the rest when it's in your hands.

   Place your order

   Pick your pair and size, then send the request. It opens in WhatsApp with everything filled in. No deposit to order.

2. 2

   We confirm the details

   We reply to confirm your size, price and timing before anything is sourced.

3. 3

   Approve your QC pics

   You get 6 quality control photos of your actual pair. Nothing moves until you're happy with them.

4. 4

   Lock it in with a deposit

   Once you approve, a deposit secures your pair and it ships to us. The deposit comes off your final price.

5. 5

   Pick up or get it delivered

   Collect in person or we deliver it to you. Pay the balance in cash or by e-Transfer.

   Get your code

   After your first order is delivered, we send you a personal referral code and link.

2. 02

   Share it

   A friend who's new to Retail Killers gets $10 off their first order with your code.

3. 03

   Earn $20

   Once their order is delivered and paid, you get $20 off your next order.

Referral discounts are for new customers only and can't be used on your own code. Credits come off the balance at pickup, not the deposit.

POLICIES

Payment

We accept cash and e-Transfer. You get a WhatsApp receipt for every payment, deposit included.

Deposit refunds

If the pair that arrives doesn't match your approved QC pics, your deposit is refunded in full.

Pickup window

Once your pair arrives, you have 7 days to pick it up or book delivery. After that the deposit is kept and the pair is released for sale.
